WELCOME CARD
Clients who have an appointment in one of our offices are eligible for a Simple Life WELCOME Card (blue).
When you present this card to one of our partners, you can enjoy a wide range of benefits, discounts and extras, in several fabulous restaurants, hotels and other services that will make your Silver Coast experience unforgettable.
PREMIUM CARD
Clients who buy a property through Portugal Realty / Immo Portugal are rewarded with the Simple Life PREMIUM Card (silver).
This card gives you access to the same benefits as the WELCOME Card and during the 5 years after buying your property, annually you will receive a box of Portuguese wine.
VIP CARD
The Simple Life VIP Card (gold) is awarded to clients who buy two properties through Portugal Realty / Immo Portugal or clients who buy one property and introduce another client who also purchases a property.
This Membership Card enjoys the same benefits as the WELCOME and PREMIUM Membership Cards. On top of that, you receive a special reward from Portugal Realty / Immo Portugal to thank you for being such a loyal client:
